ORM / Social Listening Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for an ORM Intern to support the team in social listening, data tracking, and online reputation management across multiple digital platforms. This role involves working with large datasets, monitoring online conversations, and identifying meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track content across digital platforms and devices
- Maintain and update structured data for tracking and reporting purposes
- Identify and remove irrelevant or non-relevant data points from datasets
- Assist in social listening and ORM activities across platforms
- Support in basic data analysis and report preparation
- Track competitor activity and online trends
- Identify patterns, sentiment shifts, and key observations from data
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work with large datasets and structured information

- Exposure to social listening or analytics tools
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or ORM concepts
- Interest in data analysis and online consumer behavior
