Job Description

Content Strategy and Integration

  • Plan and strategize content across platforms including film, in-show, auto portals, influencers, websites, e-commerce, and social media
  • Collaborate with space and brand teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals
  • Develop a content calendar for timely delivery
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and style

Sponsorship Deployment

  • Deploy sponsorship deliverables in sports including cricket and motorsports
  • Create and support IPs to drive engagement and conversations around the brand
  • Activate sponsorship agreements and leverage partnerships to maximize exposure

Partnership Management

  • Manage current digital/media partnerships and identify new opportunities to boost engagement and consideration
  • Monitor partnership effectiveness and propose improvements

Influencer Strategy

  • Build and execute influencer plans across YouTube, Instagram, auto platforms
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers that align with brand identity and objectives

Content Development

  • Oversee high-quality content creation for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams for multimedia and visual assets
  • Integrate SEO best practices for improved visibility
  • Work with e-commerce teams to develop A+ product content

Campaign Management

  • Handle campaign deployment from briefing and creative development to deal closure and financial tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results for optimization

What Will Make You Successful

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • 46 years of experience in media, content, or social media agency roles
  • Proven ability to manage content plans across multiple platforms
  • Experience working with influencers and platform integrations
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with analytics tools for campaign performance tracking
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and ambiguity
  • Creative mindset with strategic thinking and scalability focus
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and digital trends
  • Auto enthusiast with a good understanding of the industry ecosystem is a plus
