Role Description
We are looking for a full-time on-site Social Impact Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai. The Social Impact Sales Manager will be responsible for building and executing a sales strategy that helps Mouseware reach a wider social impact audience. This includes identifying and developing relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and other social impact stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience between 1 & 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with experience in social impact sectors.
- Passion for social impact and accessibility, with a strong understanding of the importance of equity and inclusion in building a better, more just world
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and other social impact stakeholders
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and target potential clients, partners, and sales channels within the assistive technology industry. Leverage networking, cold-calling, and other lead-generation techniques to expand the company's client base.
- Pipeline Management & Sales Strategy: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including tracking leads, and follow-ups, and managing prospects through various stages of the sales process. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Sales Presentations and Deal Closure: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that showcase the benefits and features of our products. Collaborate with potential clients to understand their budgets, timelines, and requirements.
- Relationship Building: Understand their needs and pain points, positioning our solutions as valuable assets to their businesses or organizations. Set and achieve your targets
- Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in the assistive tech sector.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and customer satisfaction.
