Job Description

Post - Social Development Specialist

Required Qualification- Master's in Social Sciences with training and hands on experience in Social Impact Assessments, Due diligence and CSR Projects.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in working onsocialimpact assessments (across diverse sectors), due diligences, preparation of stakeholder engagement, need assessment and CSR projects.

Experience in conducting ESIA & ESDD with International Reference Framework (IFC PS 2012, ADB and World Bank) would be an added advantage.

Experience in collecting socio-economic data, carrying out field surveys and data analysis.

Experience of conducting gender studies will be preferred

Experienceof using data analytics software (e.g., advanced MS Excel, tableau, etc.) will be preferred.

Work Profile

Core team member to carry out assignments which would essentially include environment and social impact assessments, social due diligence, and other related technical studies.

Conducting field visits, data analysis and preparation of reports in a timely manner.

Work will include carrying out consultation with communities and various stakeholders PAN India.

Supporting team lead in business development and client interaction activities.

Skills

Excellent verbal and report writing skills. Well conversant with MS Office (word, excel and powerpoint)

Lead and work collaboratively and supervise the members of team as applicable.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to structure and prioritise the delivery of project outputs effectively while working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Willingness to travel for longer periods of intervals national

Placement Location - Mumbai (Please apply only if you are in Mumbai or willing to relocate)

Remuneration - 7 LPA to 9 LPA
