Social Content Writer

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp Social & Community Writer to join our social team. You'll be

responsible for writing in Hinglish, engaging with online communities, and optimising content for

impact. The role is about participating in the right conversations, creating catchy copy across

social platforms, writing scripts, and leveraging AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in relevant Reddit/Quora discussions under the brand's handle.

Create new discussion threads/questions to build visibility and spark conversations.

Write captions and short descriptions for Instagram posts and YouTube videos.

Put together outlines / scripts / briefs for short form videos.

Craft and optimize YouTube titles for CTR and SEO.

Use AI tools to research, draft, and A/B test content quickly.

Track and report performance of posts and discussions with actionable insights.

Work closely with design, video, and analytics teams to align content with overall social

strategy.

What we are looking for

Strong Hinglish writing skills (casual, clear, and relatable).

Comfort with Reddit/Quora culture and Instagram/YouTube formats.

Ability to write platform-first copy that drives clicks and responses.

Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva AI, etc.)

for content creation and optimisation.

Basic understanding of social analytics (engagement, CTR, reach).

Bonus:

Ability to use Canva for making on the fly design to explain ideas

Prior experience in community management or edtech content

Preferred qualifications:

Degree in any communications related field

2+ years of work experience
