SoC Verification Engineer

NXP is seeking highly qualified candidates to join SOC Verification team.

In this role, you will be responsible for functional Verification of NXP SOCs and Sub-Systems using state of the art technology and methodologies, should be able to work independently and drive to closure of assigned tasks. You will be engaged with the design, Architecture, IP providers, FW/SW, DFT and backend teams to collaborate and execute to ensure First time right silicon.

Key Skills

• 4+ years of experience on SOC/Chip level/Cluster/Sub-System Verification
• Experience in Microcontroller and Microprocessor architecture, ARM Cores A/M/R series, Interconnect (NIC, FlexNoC), Cache Coherency.
• Experience in protocols like AHB/AMBA, AXI, ACE, OCP, Memory (Flash, SRAM, ROM) and memory controllers
• Experience in serial protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Multimedia/Networking protocols like MIPI CSI2.
• Good knowledge of ARM debug subsystem and SWD, JTAG protocols.
• Experience with System Verilog/UVM for IP/Subsystem and SOC development environment.
• Verification using formal methods will be an added advantage.
• Assembly and C programming skills are mandatory
• Scripting and Automation (BASH, Python) to continuously improve operational efficiency

Job Qualifications

BSEE / MSEE with 4+ years experience in Semiconductor industry.
