SOC Power Estimation Engineer

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead pre-silicon power estimation and analysis using RTL and Netlist-level power estimation tools.
2. Develop power estimation methodologies and improve the power estimation process with best practices.
3. Drive power estimation for IPs and subsystems, addressing gaps between projections and goals.
4. Collaborate with the Arch Design team to define scenarios and operating conditions for accurate power use-case estimation.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in low power RTL design and physical design techniques.
3. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
4. Experience in SoC architecture, power management, and clocking architecture.
