Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of the wireless infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Partner with architecture, tooling, and deployment teams to ensure new implementations are production-ready and supportable.
• Advocate for and implement automation to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
• Monitor wireless network performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate enhancements.
• Train and enable the network support team to manage the global wireless footprint effectively.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to resolve production issues quickly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Identify gaps in wireless operations and collaborate with teams to build sustainable, high-quality solutions.
