Role Description
M31 Technology India is looking for SoC Design & Implementation Engineer with 12 15 years of Experience for their Bangalore Location.
This is a full-time on-site role for a SOC Design Engineer at M31 Technology in Bengaluru. The SOC Design Engineer will be responsible for logic design, physical design, CPU architecture implementation from RTL to GDS2, on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Physical Design and Computer Architecture
- Knowledge of electronic design automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities
Skills/Experience:
- Hands on experience working on different CPU architecture implementation from RTL to GDS2.
- Worked on implementation using latest technology nodes like 4nm , 3nm and 2nm
- Hands on experience on Physical Design process with full block like CPU/GPU architecture implementation.
- STA, Synthesis and P&R benchmarking between different Technology nodes and EDA tools.
- Ability to perform benchmarking independently across architecture and Technology Nodes.
- Hands on experience in Design Compiler, Innovus tool and Synopsis ICC/ICC2
- Should have very good knowledge of top-level floor planning, PG planning, placement & timing optimization, etc.
- Good knowledge of DRC/LVS/ERC/Antenna and other physical verification checks.
- Hands on experience in extraction, IR drop Analysis, Timing and Signal integrity on routed database, is a plus.
- Ability to write RTL for small blocks of IP from scratch and do basic functional verification.
- Scripting in Perl, Tcl, Python, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within global teams.
