Enable downstream analytics, dashboards, AI models, and churn prediction frameworks
Design unified customer-level views combining sales, revenue, support, and product usage data
Support retention, expansion, and lifecycle performance analytics
Data Quality, Governance & Reliability
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation, monitoring, and anomaly detection processes
Oversee deployment and maintenance of data solutions ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability
Conduct regular assessments of existing data systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement upgrades
Establish data governance best practices, access controls, and auditing frameworks
