About the Role

We are seeking a Snowflake Lead with strong expertise in data architecture, modeling, and design to lead data use cases in a large-scale environment. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and ensuring best practices in architecture and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and document solution architectures using arc42 framework and support Architecture Decision Records (ADR) creation.
• Build and optimize data models (3NF, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Apply Data Vault 2.0 modeling concepts in solutions.
• Work with large datasets and ensure performant scripting in Snowflake.
• Guide and review the design and development process, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with BI teams for solution delivery and performance optimization.
• Work with Wherescape RED & 3D for automation and modeling.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Snowflake.
• Expertise in SQL with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling – 3NF, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
• Understanding of Data Vault 2.0 modeling concepts.
• Experience in solution design & architecture documentation (arc42 framework).
• Experience in Wherescape RED & 3D is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to handle end-to-end solution design for data pipelines and BI use cases
