The SeniorIT Solution Consultant is the strategic bridge between business vision and technical execution. Unlike an Architect who focuses on the technical blueprint, this role focuses on the Why and the What-ensuring that requirements are meticulously gathered and that the final product meets the business's quality expectations. By Focusing on Clear Priorities, you will lead the discovery phase and serve as the final authority on functional integrity before a solution goes live.

Responsibilities

• Consultancy & Analysis: Gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications and Definition of Ready user stories.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business units and DevOps teams to ensure clear understanding of product goals (Having & Creating Trust).
• Quality Assurance Leadership: Design and execute the end-to-end testing strategy (Unit, System, Integration, UAT, and Regression) to ensure products meet quality standards.
• DevOps Collaboration: Work within Agile environments to manage impact analysis, documentation, and defect management.
• Documentation & Enablement: Write and maintain clear documentation of requirements and test cases prepare user guides and interactive materials for end-users.
• Technical Validation: Utilize SQL and Linux-based infrastructure knowledge to validate data and perform system impact assessments.

As a Senior IT Solution Consultant, having Consultancy& Analysis and Stakeholder Management & Communication skills will be essential. Very good knowledge on documentation will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of technical and data validation. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 7-10 years of experience in IT consulting, solution consulting, business analysis, or technology project delivery.
• Consulting Mastery: Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, system integration, and project delivery frameworks.
• Technical Toolset: Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence familiarity with SQL, Linux-based infrastructure, and Selenium is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills ability to work independently under pressure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Governance: Good understanding of IT governance, security, and data privacy practices.

1. Business Analysis (Level 5): Inve stigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes.
2. Requirements Definition & Management (Level 5): Facilitating stakeholder input and providing constructive challenge to clarify priorities.
