Hiring for an on-site role in India:
Primary title: Snowflake Developer. This role will work on enterprise data platforms, ingestion, transformation, and performance tuning for analytics workloads.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement Snowflake data models, schemas, and secure database objects to support analytics and reporting.
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines and orchestration workflows using dbt, Airflow, or equivalent tools to ingest and transform data.
- Implement Snowflake ingestion patterns including Snowpipe, Streams and Tasks for near-real-time and CDC use-cases.
- Optimize query and storage performance via clustering, micro-partitioning, caching strategies, and cost-effective warehouse sizing.
- Develop automation, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled deployments; write reusable Python or scripting utilities for data operations.
- Troubleshoot data quality and pipeline failures, implement monitoring/alerting, and document data lineage and operational runbooks.
