Snowflake Developer (Coding, Documentation)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization in both Snowflake and Oracle environments.
• Act as an Apps DBA, collaborating with application teams for end-to-end support.
• Utilize OEM, Tuning Advisor, and AWR reports for performance diagnostics and enhancements.
• Guide application teams with advanced SQL query optimization techniques.
• Efficiently manage compute and storage resources within Snowflake's architecture.
• Handle administrative tasks across multiple Snowflake accounts and enforce best practices.
• Implement robust data governance using column-level security, dynamic data masking, and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
• Leverage Time Travel, Cloning, Replication, and Recovery features to maintain data availability and integrity.
• Manage DML/DDL operations, support Snowflake's concurrency model, and enforce security policies.
• Set up and manage secure data sharing mechanisms for both internal and external stakeholders.
