Job Description

Design and develop DBT models, technical architecture, and scalable data pipelines integrating Talend and Snowflake.
Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform complex data joins and transformations.
Perform Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) operations using Snowflake SQL, SnowSQL, and Python scripts.
Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and support production environments with high reliability.
Utilize Snowflake features like Streams, Tasks, SnowPipe, Time Travel, and Optimizer effectively.
Troubleshoot data issues, support end-users, and perform deep data analysis.
Collaborate across teams in an Agile development environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

58 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or ETL development.
Expertise in Snowflake SQL and PL/SQL, with strong ability in complex query optimization.
Proficient in scripting using Python and Unix shell scripting.
Good exposure to Talend, especially in data integration scenarios.
Familiarity with Snowflake utilities: SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Metadata Manager, and Stored Procedures.
Experience working in Production Support environments.
Strong problem-solving skills, self-driven, and capable of working in global team setups.
Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Desirable: Talend/Snowflake certifications.
