Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with expertise in Snowflake and Data Engineering to deliver a structured training program for fresh graduates.

The program focuses on building strong capabilities in data processing, cloud-based data pipelines, and Snowflake data warehousing, with hands-on exposure to real-world use cases. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, project-based training to prepare participants for industry roles.

Engagement Details
  • Duration: 3040 days
  • Working Days: 24 days/month
  • Mode: In-person training
  • Locations: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai / Hyderabad
  • Audience: Fresh graduates

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor-led training on Snowflake and Data Engineering concepts.
  • Conduct hands-on sessions covering data processing, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based data workflows.
  • Teach core concepts including SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling.
  • Guide participants in building end-to-end data pipelines using Snowflake and cloud services.
  • Mentor fresh graduates through practical assignments, projects, and assessments.

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing.
  • Minimum 1+ year of training or mentoring experience (corporate or academic).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Ability to teach and simplify concepts for fresh graduate learners.
