We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and will play a critical role in our data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines in Snowflake.
- Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs.
- Optimize performance and ensure data quality within Snowflake environments.
- Implement data integration from various sources into Snowflake using ETL tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Document data processes and maintain metadata repositories.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake architecture and SQL.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi).
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
