- Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design and optimization
- Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning for large datasets
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices
- Experience integrating Snowflake with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to define enterprise-wide data strategy and architecture standards
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science or related field
