As an Enterprise Deal Lead, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.
Responsibilities: -
· Responsible for large deals solutioning and supporting creation and execution of large deals.
· Own and lead differentiated solutions for complex deals, and create and deploy repeatable solution constructs for deal pursuits.
· Mentor Solution Architects and SMEs.
· Engage senior clients through workshops/digital dialogues/demonstrations/PoCs to explore opportunities and better define the desired business outcomes.
· Support customers in imagining how solution can support and improve their business.
· Support sales teams by translating business problems into IT solutions, and work with sales leads and assist sales team in qualifying opportunities.
· Ensure offerings incorporated in solutions that best address customer needs and business requirements.
· Demonstrate business value of proposed solutions to customers.
· Identify Solution themes to develop optimal winnable and deliverable solutions, incorporating the best benchmarks and capabilities in the HLS Industry.
· Work with teams in a matrixed structure to deliver high quality solutions/proposals.
Mandatory Technical skills
· Proficiency in communicating effectively across diverse stakeholders
· Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities
· Ability to identify and evaluate value-add alternatives and provides solutions for those alternatives
· Ability to consider client's growth path, scalability, client IT strategy, and business impact
· Skilled in leveraging Alliance partner offerings and directions, current industry trends, and client-facing skills with client CXO organization
· Domain/Industry (HLS): Deep knowledge of Payor, Provider, Med Devices and Life Sciences (minimum two must) IT services/IT outsourcing with global perspectives
· Understanding of Program management methodology, user-centric design, and ability to generate, oversee actionable and impactful roadmap that effectively engages the organization to achieve strategic milestones
· Applies broad understanding of technical innovations and trends to solve customer business problems.
