The BI Lead will be responsible for designing advanced Power BI dashboards, integrating data from Snowflake and SQL Server, and delivering insights through effective data visualization in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:
- Own Snowflake end‑to‑end with 100% hands‑on execution.
- Manage Snowflake platform administration (70%):
- Users, roles, access control
- Warehouse tuning, performance, cost optimization
- Daily operations and platform governance
- Drive innovation & integrations (30%):
- Explore and implement new Snowflake features
- Integrate Snowflake with cloud services and BI tools
- Research and deliver solutions independently
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong, hands-on Snowflake administration expertise.
- Ability to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Snowflake without relying on design‑only work.
- Experience integrating Snowflake with cloud/BI ecosystems.
- High curiosity and eagerness to adopt new Snowflake capabilities.
- Not focused on ETL/SQL developmentplatform-first, admin-focused profile.
