Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives for Snapmints zero-cost EMI platform.

This role requires strong product judgment, execution excellence, and the ability to work closely with engineering, business, and ecosystem partners to build scalable, high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay deeply connected to customers and merchants through research, data analysis, and continuous feedback loops to understand needs and pain points.
  • Define long-term product vision and quarterly roadmaps aligned with business goals and competitive positioning.
  • Lead problem-first, data-driven product discovery with a test-and-iterate mindset and focus on platform scalability.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and execution feasibility.
  • Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time, balancing speed, quality, and technical soundness.
  • Own product requirements and write clear specifications to guide development and delivery.
  • Drive product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing and business teams.
  • Work with external ecosystem partners to co-build products and capabilities where required, operating independently in ambiguous problem spaces.

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Strong customer and merchant empathy with a business-first mindset.
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and underlying technology.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and comfort working with data.
  • Working knowledge of APIs and integration workflows.
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity for metrics, execution, and industry trends.
  • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, B2B, or B2B2C products is a plus.
