SMT Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Handle SMT process operations including Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow.
- Lead process optimization, quality improvements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Work on line efficiency, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing processes and to upgrade it.
- Strong knowledge of SMT rework,process control and deal with process abnormities.
- Ability to analyze production data and suggest improvements and decrease rejection rate.
- Ability to evaluate new component and new process.
SMT Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SMT production line.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Loader, Printer, Pick & Place, AOI, and Reflow machines.
- Supervise manpower allocation and monitor production output.
- Maintain quality standards and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Make and analyze production data and suggest improvements
- Prior experience in SMT line supervision.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and knowledge of SMT processes.
- Cycle time calculation and manpower allocation study.
