Job Summary

The SME-Policy Servicing role is pivotal in ensuring efficient policy management within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will leverage their expertise in MS Office to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This position requires 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance sector focusing on policy servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee policy servicing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing of life and annuities insurance policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize policy management workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
