Role Summary
The SME Mathematics is responsible for developing high-quality academic content, ensuring conceptual accuracy, and supporting learners and educators with strong mathematical expertise. The role involves content creation, validation, and academic support aligned with curriculum standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
- Create and review mathematics content (worksheets, study material, question banks)
- Develop step-by-step solutions with clear explanations.
- Align content with CBSE curriculum.
2. Doubt Resolution
- Solve student queries with detailed explanations
- Simplify complex mathematical concepts for better understanding
3. Quality Assurance
- Review content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Identify and correct errors in existing material
4. School Visits (60% Travel)
- Visit partner schools regularly for academic audits and support
- Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure consistency in curriculum delivery across locations
5. Assessment Design
- Design assignments, quizzes, and tests
- Prepare answer keys and marking schemes
- Ensure questions test conceptual understanding and application
6. Curriculum Support
- Assist in curriculum planning and lesson structuring
- Support teachers with content and teaching strategies
7. Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with new teaching methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred)
