SME - Digital Network & Security

Role Responsibilities:

1. Proactively monitor and investigate logs across Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
2. Resolve issues by identifying root causes and applying troubleshooting methods.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs, and support the troubleshooting process with third-party vendors.
4. Ensure compliance with processes by updating tickets, preparing reports, and tracking SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

1. Any Graduate (Engineering / Science).
2. Certifications in Windows Server Administration, VMware, or Virtualization Fundamentals.
3. Strong knowledge in antivirus management, patching, and system troubleshooting.
4. Experience in clustering, kernel patching, and automating monitoring tasks.
