SME Civics/Political Science K10

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Civics/Political Science for the K10 level to develop and refine comprehensive educational content. In this role, you will work remotely to apply your domain expertise, helping improve AI understanding of civics topics aligned with school curricula.

Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated Civics content aligned with K10 curriculum standards.
• Ensure accurate, age-appropriate explanations of topics such as democracy, government structures, and electoral processes.
• Design prompts and review AI outputs to enhance clarity, engagement, and educational relevance.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and instructional quality in civics education.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate best practices in K10 Civics/Political Science education.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Education, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the K10 Civics/Political Science curriculum and core topics.
• Ability to explain complex Civics and Political Science concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Experience in content creation, teaching, or tutoring Civics/Political Science at the K10 level is a plus.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and educational platforms is beneficial.
