Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager SME to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new employer partners and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers at organizations that hire from campuses using tools such as LinkedIn, databases, and other prospecting platforms.
- Initiate outreach through calls and emails to introduce Superset's platform and value proposition
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools (Zoho)
- Follow defined sales processes and use standard templates for proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound outreach, and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
