We are seeking an experienced Smartsheet App Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Smartsheet applications to enhance project management and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Smartsheet applications for project management and collaboration.
• Develop and implement workflows using Smartsheet to enhance team productivity.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of Smartsheet.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Smartsheet solutions.
• Conduct regular audits and updates of Smartsheet applications to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Smartsheet with existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• 9-15 years of experience working with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating and managing complex sheets, reports, and dashboards in Smartsheet.
• Ability to develop automated workflows and processes within Smartsheet.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using Smartsheet features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
