Job Description

  • Understand and preserve the current organizational culture, ensuring it is reflected in all business interactions.
  • Ideate, design, and implement key Business Partner (BP) initiatives & activities at the Business Unit level.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions to capture the organizational pulse and share insights with leadership, taking appropriate action when needed.
  • Execute various centrally defined processes within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Manage on-ground operations and act as the primary point of contact for all people-related queries within the business.
  • Analyze data and generate insightful reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a change agent, continuously challenging existing processes to drive improvements and promote a more agile work environment.

The Successful Applicant


A successful individual in this role should have:

  • MBA in HR
  • 9-12 yrs of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Ability to ideate and be proactive
