  • Play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
  • Handle global geography, acting as N-2 to the Global CHRO

  • Resourcing:
    • Develop an internal Talent Pipeline and promote Internal Mobility.
    • Partner with the Campus team to strengthen cadre-building initiatives and reinforce the mid-management layer within Integrated Finance.

  • Workforce Engagement & Diversity:
    • Design & implement organizational changes and restructuring aligned with business needs.
    • Drive targeted initiatives & interventions to enhance Employee Engagement and advance Diversity efforts.

  • People Processes:
    • Collaborate closely with CoE teams to effectively manage key People Processes, including Hiring, Onboarding & Induction, Performance mgt, Rewards & Recognition, Comp& Ben, Organizational Design, Succession Planning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Compliance.

  • Capability Development:
    • Develop a robust competency framework to build a future-ready Finance function.
    • Design & deliver impactful Learning programs, and foster a results-driven, pull-based learning culture within the function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should have:

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience
  • Full-time Master's degree in General Management/ Human Resources (should be 2020 batch or prior)
  • Familiarity with the Consumer Goods industry
  • Experience in Business Partnering for Finance (MUST)
  • Domain knowledge in legal, investor relations, strategy and M&A
