Slot Game PMO

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning & Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed project timelines for multiple slot game developments, ensuring milestones are clear, achievable, and aligned with overall release strategy. Allocate resources effectively and manage expectations to guarantee timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between design, development, art, QA, and product teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Resolve conflicts or dependencies promptly.
• Progress Reporting: Track project status, monitor adherence to timelines, and provide detailed updates to senior stakeholders on milestones, risks, and project health. Address delays proactively and propose actionable solutions.
• Quality Control Oversight: Ensure games meet internal quality standards. Oversee testing procedures, integrate QA feedback, and validate final products meet player expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Resource Management: Track workloads and balance priorities to maintain project timelines. Adjust schedules, staffing, or resources as needed to prevent overloading teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. Provide regular updates, highlight potential risks, and offer solutions to maintain strong relationships.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all project documentationincluding GDDs, progress reports, and compliance recordsis accurate and up to date. Ensure games meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the Art Director to align project execution with the creative vision. Guide 2D character, UI, and VFX animations, collaborating with designers, concept artists, and technical artists to deliver industry-standard assets. Document and maintain best animation practices.
