Sliding Head Machine Programmer and Setter

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Head Machine programmer + setter with strong hands on experience in machine programming, setting, and production processes. The ideal candidates should have a solid technical background and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate sliding head(swiss-type) machines efficiently.
• Set up machines and tools as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper machine calibration and smooth operation.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Handle production documentation and reporting.
• maintain production quality and meet output targets.
• Troubleshoot machine issues an minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and experience :

• Strong knowledge of sliding head machine and operations.
• Hands-on experience in programming and machine setting.
• Understanding of production processes and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Educational Qualification :

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Candidates Profile :

• Detail- Oriented and technically sound.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing precision engineering setup is preferred.
