Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Sliding Head Machine Programmer + Setter with strong hands-on experience in machine programming, setting, and production processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and the ability to ensure efficient and accurate production operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Program and operate sliding head (Swiss-type) machines efficiently
- Set up machines and tools as per production requirements
- Ensure proper machine calibration and smooth operation
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Maintain production quality and meet output targets
- Handle production documentation and reporting
- Troubleshoot machine issues and minimize downtime
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience:- Strong knowledge of sliding head machine operations
- Hands-on experience in programming and machine setting
- Understanding of production processes and documentation
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Educational Qualification:- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Detail-oriented and technically sound
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/precision engineering setup is preferred
