Job Description

Department	CEC (NR Inbound)
Location	Thane
Number of Positions	6
Reporting Relationships
Position Grade	M1 to M2

Build and nurture personal relationship with affluent NR customers by identify opportunities and matching these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by Kotak Group
Work closely with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to NR products
Navigate through adaptive and technical challenges to seamlessly align service delivery and enhance client experience
Track customer complaints/queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and provide information about product and service enhancements.
Ensure adherence to all bank and regulatory processes at all times

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
In depth NR product & process knowledge
Strong numerical-analytical skills and communication skills
Experience in building and maintaining affluent customer relationships
Open to work as per Global time zone
