Job Description

The Sky Phygital Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned Pin code book along with Pin code Meeting assigned by SKY RM(Virtual RM). This role involves a comprehensive approach to customer engagement, including meeting, video calling, and tele calling customers. The primary objective is to cross-sell a range of asset and liability products, as well as third-party investment offerings, to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers with value based relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through various channels (in-person, video call, telecall) to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Cross-sell asset products (HL, LAP, CL, PL, GL, WC, CV) and liability products (CA, SA, TD) to existing and potential customers.
  • Deepen relationships with customers by offering third-party investment products (LI, GI, Trinity, MF) and ensuring timely conversion of business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with LI, GI, KSEC, IC, and Asset teams to achieve sales targets and provide efficient service to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality service and addressing their queries promptly.
  • Acquire new customers through VRM and CEC leads, and convert them into long-term relationships.
  • Upgrade customer categories and ensure their stickiness by providing excellent service and demonstrating the bank's facilities.
  • Enroll customers for relevant services and explain the benefits of various bank products and services.
  • Handle customer service requests efficiently, including account openings, Trinity account setups, and liability product selling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including asset and liability offerings, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a large customer book effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.
  • Fluency in English and any other regional language is an advantage.
