. Manage a portfolio of Privy/Solitaire customers through telephonic and digital engagement.

. Drive relationship deepening by cross-selling banking and investment products.

. Ensure superior customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

. Achieve business targets across product lines (liabilities, assets, investments, insurance, etc.).

. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and onboarding.

. Maintain compliance and adhere to all audit and regulatory norms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

. Candidate should be Amfi and IRDA certified.

. Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.

. Strong communication and relationship management skills.

. Good understanding of banking and investment products.

. Prior experience handling premium customer segments preferred.
