Job Description

JD - Investment RM

  • Reply to tickets received on Freshdesk from

  • Make outbound calls to customers for NPS

  • Make outbound calls to customers for any document requirement / clarification

  • Manage their KPIS like CSAT, FRT, count of tickets, AHT etc

  • Raise Jira Tickets to internal teams like Tech / Product etc on customer cases requiring intervention.
