Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinic Manager / Aesthetic Counsellor with prior experience in dermatology , skin or aesthetic clinics ONLY.

This role combines patient counselling, treatment sales conversions, follow-ups, and clinic operations management.

You will work closely with dermatologists to guide patients through treatment plans while ensuring high conversion, retention, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Patient counseling and conversions

Counsel patients for laser treatments, anti-aging procedures, skin rejuvenation and dermatology treatments

Explain treatment plans, expected results, pricing and timelines

Convert consultations into paid treatment plans

Address patient queries and handle objections professionally

Drive monthly treatment revenue targets

Follow ups and patient retention

Ensure strong consultation follow-ups and lead conversion

Manage treatment package sales and repeat treatments

Build long-term patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Clinic Operations

Manage daily clinic operations and front desk workflow

Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for treatment scheduling

Maintain patient records, treatment plans and follow-up schedules

Ensure hygiene protocols and clinic standards are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a dermatology / aesthetic clinic
• Experience in patient counselling and treatment sales
• Proven track record in conversions and package sales
• Familiar with laser treatments, injectables, or skin procedures
• Comfortable handling patients, consultations, and follow-ups
• Profiles without dermatology / aesthetic clinic experience will not be considered.
