Location: Government Colleges in Goa (Sanquelim, Pernem, Khandola, Margao, Quepem)

Role Overview

The SkillPlus Trainer will deliver training sessions to undergraduate students on communication skills, employability skills, basic computing, and interview preparation to enhance their job readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom sessions on:
• Communication Skills
• Soft Skills
• Employability Skills
• Reasoning & Aptitude
• Basic Computer Skills
• Conduct baseline and endline assessments
• Track student attendance and participation
• Facilitate group discussions, presentations, and mock interviews
• Provide resume-building and interview preparation support
• Coordinate with college faculty coordinators
• Submit weekly training reports

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching soft skills, such as effective communication, leadership, and teamwork

Qualification

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools

Experience

• 0–3 years in training, teaching, or facilitation
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
