As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software :

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
  • Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

  • Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure the robustness of :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of JSON.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
