The Sizing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the sizing process to ensure proper application of sizing chemicals on warp yarn, improving yarn strength and reducing breakage during weaving.
Requirements
- Supervise daily sizing machine operations and production activities.
- Ensure correct mixing and application of sizing chemicals.
- Monitor yarn quality and size pick-up during the process.
- Coordinate with warping and weaving departments for smooth production flow.
- Maintain production records and machine efficiency.
- Ensure machine maintenance, safety, and cleanliness in the department.
- Guide and supervise operators and helpers.
