Sitecore XM Cloud Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a developer experienced with Sitecore XM Cloud to help build composable, cloud-native digital experiences. You'll work with a modern, headless architecture leveraging Sitecore's SaaS offerings, front-end frameworks, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud
• Build and integrate headless components using Sitecore JSS/Next.js
• Set up and manage deployments via Sitecore Cloud Portal and DevOps pipelines
• Collaborate with front-end developers and content teams to deliver performant, scalable solutions
• Optimize personalization, analytics, and experience authoring using Sitecore's SaaS features
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure high availability across environments

Requirements

• Strong experience with Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore Headless (JSS)
• Proficient in Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Good understanding of SaaS-based architecture, composable DXP, and JAMstack principles
• Experience working with Sitecore Cloud Portal, GraphQL, and webhooks
• Familiarity with containerized deployment and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Clear communication, ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Sitecore certifications (XM Cloud Developer or equivalent)
• Experience integrating CDPs or personalization engines
• Familiarity with other Sitecore composable stack tools (Content Hub, Personalize, etc.)
