Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure interior work is completed according to the required quality, design, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior work at the site.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other workers.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor the quality and progress of work.
• Manage workers and assign daily tasks.
• Check materials delivered to the site and ensure proper usage.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the project team.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure the site is maintained safely and properly.
• Provide regular updates on work progress to the management.
• Ensure projects are completed within the given timeline.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of interior works such as carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, flooring, and furniture installation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors.
• Basic understanding of interior drawings and measurements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under deadlines.
