Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Finishing Engineer for an on-site role at our Mumbai location. The Finishing Engineer will oversee the project finishing processes, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, implementing finishing work in compliance with specifications, managing resources efficiently, performing quality inspections, and reporting progress to senior management. This role also involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and addressing technical challenges on-site.

Qualifications

• Expertise in finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, and other civil finishing works.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction designs for effective execution.
• Project management skills, including resource planning, time management, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Proficiency in construction industry tools and standards for completing high-quality projects on time.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in infrastructure development projects, particularly in similar roles, is highly desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-driven environment.
