ROLE OVERVIEW

The Site Supervisor will assist the Site In-Charge in day-to-day supervision of construction activities, ensuring that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. The role involves ensuring that all construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), and project schedule, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBITIES

• Supervise daily construction activities including excavation, PCC, reinforcement fixing, formwork installation, concreting, and curing operations.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and instructions from the Site In- Charge.
• Monitor labour productivity and proper deployment of workforce.
• Assist in layout marking, level checking, and alignment verification.
• Ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and tools at site.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site activity logs.
• Coordinate with quality and safety teams during inspections.
• Ensure that work areas remain organized and safe for operations.
• Assist in resolving minor technical and operational issues during execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized AICTE-approved institute.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge ofconstruction techniques and site procedures.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Good team coordination and labour management skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety practices in construction.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety standards.

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: As per construction requirements, Full Time, Permanent.
• Work Location: Udaipur, Beawar (Rajasthan)
