Description

The Site Incharge - Interior Fitout is responsible for overseeing and managing interior fitout projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, a deep understanding of the interior design industry, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the interior fitout projects from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in managing interior fitout projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
