Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the Real Estate Industry (Developer) to assist engineers in the delivery of projects by supervising all on-site activities. You will oversee everything from site establishment and RCC work to finishing, services installation, and final handover. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in high-rise real estate projects and a thorough working knowledge of scaffolding, formwork, and various construction processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Supervision: Assist engineers in the project's delivery by supervising on-site activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, and finishing work.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of construction, including civil/structural work, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization, and final handover.
  • Site Management: Maintain a high standard of site safety, hygiene, and good housekeeping. Ensure proper material storage and orderliness.
  • Communication & Reporting: Effectively communicate with workmen and provide clear, timely reports to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Skills Required

  • Thorough working knowledge of construction processes such as scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, and masonry.
  • Experience with various finishes and services like plumbing and firefighting.
  • A flair for quality finishes.
  • Good communication skills with both workmen and management.
  • The ability to maintain site safety and organization.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
