Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Nakshala Studio, located in Varanasi. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage the quality and timelines of construction activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, monitoring safety measures, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires adequate problem-solving, project execution, and leadership to support team productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, site management, and project execution.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
- Effective communication and team coordination skills.
- Understanding of health and safety protocols in a construction environment.
- Ability to manage construction timelines and budgets.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies in the architectural and interior design industry.
- Experience in problem-solving and decision-making in a site setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in supervising construction or interior design projects is an advantage.
