Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of commercial interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, and finishing.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour for smooth execution.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, site progress, and productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and utilization.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure timely closure of snags and rework.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, photographs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and internal teams at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in commercial office interior fit-out/site execution.
• Strong knowledge of interior execution, construction sequencing, materials, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Experience in contractor, labour, and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
• Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate/work in Chennai are preferred.
