Salary Range: 25,000 27,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in site supervision. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and assisting in the successful execution of civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for smooth progress.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.
Requirements:
Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2 to 4 years in site supervision or related roles- .Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- .Good communication and coordination skills
- .Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
